Arduino Uno - Simple Synth...Power Switch?

Hello,

in reference to this synth project:

Auduino (Lo-fi Synth for Arduino)

i was hoping someone could help me with the correct way to wire in a power switch for the entire unit.

so, no matter the power source (be it battery or plug) the unit could be switched on and off.

i want to build this into an enclosure, but i'd like a switch to power on/off without having to disconnect the battery or plug.

any help is appreciated!

Insert a switch into the power lines. Either a DPST into the positive lines, or a SPST switch to cut off the common Gnd line.
