We are now chatting up a new module called WIFIO over at WIFIO Dual Arduino WIFI module - Everything ESP8266, its a really cool module with ESP8266+ATMEGA328P onboard and both can be programmed through one serial port. We also have what we can Virtual I/O so the 328 can be used as a slave I/O processor, or it can run native Arduino code, its all up to you.
