What are the steps i need to bootload an ATmega328 using arduino IDE 1.6.0?
Connect a programmer to pins SCK, MOSI, MISO, Reset, Power, Gnd pins.
Connect 16MHz xtal to appropriate pins, with 22 pF caps to Gnd.
Connect 0.1uF caps from VCC, AVCC to Gnd.
Connect 10K resistor from Reset to VCC.
Tools:Board:Uno
Tools:Programmer: select your programmer. I have an Atmel AV ISP MKii
Tools:Burn Bootloader
Watch the programmer lights flash ...

I'm trying to burn bootloader in a ATmega 328P-PU with my UNO.
I follow the steps described in tutorial arduinotobreadboard using same instructions as yours except 2 0.1uF caps that I already solder.
I don´t use any programmer, but a small test board with a 28 pin socket.
I veryfied all connectings tested with ohmeter.
Upload ArduinoISP. All seems its ok.
Choose board Duemilenove, Arduino as ISP and click Bootload.
It starts saying that takes about a minute and few seconds after I get the error:avrdude:stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding.
More some tries but the same result!
Can you please send me some clues about my issue?
