ATMEGA328P bootloader problem

Hi.
I have a new Atmega328p-au chip and I want to bootloader by ArduinoISP.
But when I click on "burn bootloader", below error occurs.

double check your connection ?. which programmer you using ?. try using usbasp.

I also faced this same problem. I read a lot and ask help in this forum. then finally I cleared.

Some signature differ between P and PU AU devices.

Please watch the videos care fully pass the video and do parallel. check the line where I change the signature address.

Show your wiring setup. This is the most frequent mistake - bad wiring. Zero signature means that the target ATmega doesn't respond at all.
AU is TQFP package (SMD). How about the connection?

Actually I think the new chip clock is on external oscillator. Any idea. Very thank you.

If I understand correctly that's a picture of someone else's wiring and your setup is actually not identical to that.

You wrote ATmega328P-AU but on the picture there are UNOs both with ATmega328P-PU. It leads me to think same as @pert, that the picture is not your.

Yes, the problem can be caused by not present clock. Typically, chip without crystal set on external oscillator. Try read this thread, post #2: trying to burn bootloader - #3 by Budvar10 - Microcontrollers - Arduino Forum. It should help if this is the case.
