Actually I am quite advanced on the project so it is possible that I only ask for the programming of a few components to save time on my exams, moreover it’s not a big project.
The deadline is in 2 weeks but i’d prefer to finish it in the next 3-4 days

I don't understand where you got this "one hour" information from because I never said it.
An average rate for a non-dealership auto mechanic in the Upper Midwestern US where I live is about $120/hour.
An average rate for an embedded systems engineer at an agency in the same area is about $200/hour.
The average rate for an embedded systems freelancer worldwide (I couldn't get a rate local to me) is $106/hour.
As you can see, your $60 max would be less than one hour of even a freelancer's time. I think that's where the comment about needing more than an hour to do that came from.
