Avrdude: verification error; content

i try too understand why this error is always on. i Do the ISP arduino with my arduino one and hit work perfecly. Now i connect to my 3d printer (ender 5 plus) i connect

Verification error can be caused by bad connections. Or mean the memory is corrupted

What on suppose toi do if m'y memory are currupt ?
