Bigger LCD Character Display (such as 1602 )

Hey,

I am looking for LCD character / alphanumeric displays such as the 1602. But I am not looking for one with more character places.
Instead, the viewable character shall be bigger. Preferably with a size of at least 16mm high and 12mm width. The total size of the display shall be around 120mm width and 20mm height.

Use a monochrome graphics display. There are libraries that feature many text sizes. You can mix sizes, too.

at least the 2004 character LCDs are available in a larger Variant

There's this one on AliExpress, and there are likely others too. You might also find one in an old POS (Point Of Sale) display.

EDIT: You can also use a 1604 display in combination with the custom characters to create a large "font".

Large Characters/Font 16x2 Serial LCD

Does anybody know of library that can display large characters on a Sparkfun Serial(3 wire) 16x2 LCD? I found a few libs, but not for a Serial 16x2 LCD. Any ideas?

Hey, no it doesn’t have to be LCD. It just needs to be very low power and should be able to display a single bold text line . I also taught of e Ink displays but they are still quite expensive for my idea.
