I have a gamepad and I want to output a binary sequence when a button is pressed. I made a circuit to attach to the gamepad but I don't know if there is a simpler way to do that. Could you guys give me your opinion?
Do post a truth table of this, can't be bothered to try and figure it out using your schematics.
The simplest circuit may be had by connecting the four buttons to four inputs of a microcontroller, and have it set four outputs accordingly.
I will connect the buttons directly to the pins, it looks like the simplest way.

Too many things wrong in that circuit to even start to deal with it.
Clearly an XY Problem.
Start again, explain in proper detail just what it is you want to do before you imagine ways to do it,
