Block authentication error Mifare classic card 1k

Bonjour,

Trying to write some information to a Mifare classic card I am running into problems.
When the card is Mifare formatted, I get an error and the card is not writeable.
Formatting the card as NDEF it is possible to write to the card without problems.
The card is readable in both formatted versions.

The error reads:
Error. Block Authentication failed for 4
Write failed

I read the user manual over and over and afaik are the access bits correct.

What goes wrong when the card is formatted Mifare classic?

All good when writing to the card.

Maybe authentication failed for 4 indicates block 4 that has problems, and I forgot to add this one to this post, sorry.
