Is there a Blood Sugar Meter Sensor for arduino. if there please give a link for buying.
I don't know if it's available in your country, but over here we have a rather well know web site called 'Google'. It's what is known as a 'search engine' (there are others) and the way it works is that you enter a search phrase and it will display a list of web page it knows about that contain the information you entered.
I tried the site, entered the words 'blood sugar meter arduino' and it gave me a list of about 125,000 web pages.
If you want to try it yourself the web address is www.google.com.
Mine is not Arduino, but stand-alone. It uses a throw away printed circuit card plugged into the meter itself. You will not find any that do not use a disposable test piece.

As a user of blood sugar (glucose) meters, I believe the test strips utilise an enzyme reaction to generate a small voltage. I took a commercial (Roche) strip apart and all it is a complex array of gold PCB type strips that connect into the absorbent area where the blood is soaked up. It is able to distinguish different calibration solutions used from the blood so I guess this part works by conductivity and the calibration solutions have something like KCl added. The strips are relatively cheap as are the meters, so either beg or borrow a strip and see what you get out of it, or save a lot of aggro and get a meter. Mine has an IR output so if you want to involve an Arduino, that could be the starting point. Strips are about £1 each (UK) and the whole thing must have taken a whole lot of development.
As suggested, try Google, but also have a look at how clinical blood glucose assays are done.
