Blue LED not working

hi, is anyone else having trouble getting the RGB LED to display BLUE? I can get it to blink RED or GREEN no problem but can't seem to turn on the BLUE.

Mine doesn't seem to work either, tried setting it up same as red and green.

Do you have a DMM?
Can you please post your code?
Can we please have a circuit diagram?
An image of a hand drawn schematic will be fine, include ALL power supplies, component names and pin labels.

If you are using a controller with 3V3 logic, you may not get the blue LED to work as its forward conducting voltage is 3V2 or higher?

The blue LED is located above the USER button.
But this is only available on the Wifi version

Does LED_USER light up?

I got an Arduino Opta. But LED_USER does not glow. I took it apart, but there doesn't seem to be any LEDs, or maybe it's just me that doesn't have any LEDs. [cir2] [cir]

I have the Opta WIFI, and on this one I can confirm that there is a blue LED and it is working just fine.
