Bluetooth for Arduino Due

Hello,

Can you suggest me bluetooth I can buy, which will work with arduino due without problems?
the one that has libraries and everything dummie like me can download and use!
Thank you in advance!

Regards,

Here is some background for newbies. You don't need any libraries. Bluetooth is easier than you think, and possibly cheaper too.

thank you for reference!
Do you think I'll be able to increase baud rate? I need 115200 minimum..

hi messy
In my project WSystem I'm the HC-06 module connected over the serial1 port of Arduino Due
I'm finishing my Wprotocol between Android and ARduino due .
The speed is 115200 baud in arduino side , you have to image a normal serial communication
Inside the android code , java, I have used a lot of threads to keep all the functions indipendent.
Android side reads and processes the frame every 200ms in a sleep mode of a thread .In arduino side I send every 300 mS to android .
The 115200 speed is good because arduino can write speedly in the serial buffer .You have to consider that in arduino framework the serial functions are heavy because it checks a lot of conditions and else
But anyway , when I press a button to switch on a ligth is pratically faster to see the rele' or the led on in arduino .The same when I show the data from arduino
But take care because to mucch speed it means to have several bottlesneck

You should be fine as long as you stick with hardware serial. Software serial is for the birds and, with a Due, you should have no good reason for using it. I don't know why you need 115k but it is as fast as you can go with the HC-0x family, and probably the BLE equivalents, so you might need to look into this a bit deeper - starting with determining your real needs.

Changing speed is not hard and there are links in the ref to that effect.

I submit there are only two speeds you need for bluetooth

9600 as it is usually the default and usually quite sufficient, i.e. no programing required.

115200 as, if you really need to change the speed, there is no point in going any slower.
