Hi, Good day. I would like to ask if it is possible to transfer video data from Arduino to android phone using hc-05. I am using ov7670 camera and I was thinking if I send the serial data from ov7670 transmit that to my android phone using hc-05. The app will then change these datas into multiple succeeding images to create a fully functioning fpv camera. Is this possible? Thank you.
No, that wouldn't work. The capacity of an Arduino is way too small.

Indeed you can, and they use direct RF transmission, and for good reasons that is the common method of doing it.
An ESP32CAM will stream Video over WiFi, lots of stuff on the Internet about it.
