I believe the other is for receiving, you might check that. This is not exclusive to Windows 10, nor is it always the case, indeed I have never experienced it. All my Dell laptops use a Toshiba bluetooth manager which is separate from Device Manager. I guess Toshiba laptops use it too. I imagine other laptops use something similar, but this is because they come with Bluetooth out of the box while PCs usually don't. I guess I got lucky when I put a Bluetooth dongle in my PC. It may be possible to install a laptop Bluetooth handler in a PC but I have never heard of it.

Hi, I've tested that and for sending and receiving data I use only one port. I mean one of them. So it doesn't look like that there is one port for receiving and the other for sending. I guess it's for something else.
