Boost converter suggestions please

Hello all. I need to provide a voltage that can be varied from 5v up to at least 12v and preferably higher, under the control of an analogue output from a Nano33BLE. Maximum current would be ~200mA at the highest voltage, proportionally less at lower. The system supply voltage can be assumed to be 5V with plenty of current available. Current will be taken in 1Hz pulses ~80ms long, with a suitable reservoir capacitor.

The ideal solution would be a boost converter that can accept a 5v input and generate a higher voltage under the control of an applied voltage that could vary (slowly) from ~0v up to 5v (or 3.3v). I have found a multitude of boost modules from the usual suppliers but very hard to find one with an output voltage that can be varied in this way. Has anyone come across such a device please?

Failing this I would probably just use an emitter follower/op-amp combination to drop the volts to what is needed from a higher supply (or a similarly programmable buck converter).

Excellent information, thanks!
