Bootloader Burning Problems

I am trying to burn a clone chip ATMEL 1628 / ATMega328P-PU with my Arduino Uno using my Elegoo MEGA 2560 as the ISP. I have the correct pinouts connected and can upload the Arduino ISP to the Mega. When I then select the Uno and try to burn the bootloader with Arduino as ISP I keep getting a stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding error.

I have 3 chips I need to burn the bootloader on, can someone please help me out?
