Can I build a drawing tablet with arduino?

Hello there, arduino newbie here.

I was wondering if it's possible to build a drawing tablet with arduino, I guess with a touchpad and a screen. Is it powerful enough to support this?

Very unlikely I would think unless very low resolution.

maybe possible using an ESP32 or even a Raspberry Pi
try a web search for esp32 drawing or esp32 drawing toutchscreen - you may get some ideas

Sorry I do not read narratives to answer a question. How do we know which of the 20 you are looking at. I highly recommend getting a copy of the Arduino Cookbook, skim it cover to cover then read sections pertinite to your project. Also watching some Arduino tutorials will also help.
