Can I power a second Pro micro using power from the first one to run 2 projects ?

main promicro will be connected via usb and it will be running an oled

second one will be used to run RGB led's

I included an image for the wiring, will this work or fry my stuff ?

Only 2 LED's btw so it shudnt require too much power

I am doing this because of flash memory limit

1st promicro has no bootloader, second one does

Also I am assuming only 1 pro micro should be connected to the USB at a time to avoid shoring ?
so I cant connect them both to usb with ground and VCC linked between 2 right ?

This is only feasable if things connected to both boards combined stay below 500mA.
Even more so if you are just using a computers USB port.

AHH kool, ty. yeah the power of LED's is 0.4A the .96inch oled shouldn't be too much, am using a 5v 2A USB powerbank
