You will need a board package for the 8051 (MCS51 family); did you do a search on the web? The 8051 on your board seems to have capabilities that are not standard for a 8051; unless the board package supports the specific processor, you will have to write your own code to access it.
Next you need a means to upload; I'm not familiar with the board but a board package should provide the software for that.
To summarise; I have serious doubts.
Under the tab "Support" on megawin you can find some additional stuff that might help to develop programs for that board and load them; I did not dig into it.
