Cannot change editor font to Monaco

Hi there!
I am using arduino IDE to program arduino.
I wish to change the editor font to Monaco.
I had changed the preference text as needed and also got the font changed.
But the new font is not Monaco and my system already contains the Monaco font that i had installed explicitly before hand.
Any help will be much appreciated!!

Copy the attached file monaco.ttf to the directory Arduino/java/lib/fonts/
