Cannot connect Arduino Uno to IoT Cloud

I have an Arduino Uno (which I believe is not a genuine Arduino) with a ATmega328P controller bought from EQV as part of a beginners kit.

Board Info from 'Tools Menu' of Arduino IDE
BN: Arduino Uno
VID: 0x2341
PID: 0x0043
SN: 12152601009315610667

I am connecting to my Win 10 pc through Com12 via Arduino IDE and uploading and running sketches' OK.

I have 'Arduino Create Agent' running but when I try to set up a new device in IoT Cloud I get this error message,

The device found is not compatible
An Arduino Uno has been detected but unfortunately this kind of board cannot be used on Arduino IoT Cloud.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, in order to connect to IoT Cloud you need a board which support WiFi connectivity (or other types of connectivity).
