hai i'm developing a pico farad(30pf to 300pf) range capacitance meter and its accuracy is 1pf by using aurdino i just used several codes but its not working properly, please help me to complete my project , if i use any AD7745 ic ist good or not, if it is good please help me on that area.

What do you mean "not working properly"?
Can you please post a copy of your circuit, a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
Hand drawn and photographed is perfectly acceptable.
