I think the seller added this for good reason:
the use of this product requires considerable professional basic knowledge, no basic student friends please do not buy (no free explanation service!!! )
Have you found a data sheet already? Or at the very least some blog of someone using it and explaining how they did it and how well it worked (or not)?
Really with listings to this quality I'd really do a lot more research before opening my wallet to that extent. That's one really expensive part, but no information is offered on how it's even to be used.
I only have the information on the sales site. And I still have not found anyone who used the same model.
But I took as reference the sensor hb 100. Because I thought that both are a little similar. But of frequency and the distance of detection different.

The seller obviously is not interested in offering any information about it.
I'd pass on it any day. Way too expensive to blindly buy a part like this, hoping it does what it claims it does, and that you can actually find a way to interface with it.
