CHANGING ARDUINO UNO'S ADC PRESCALER

Hi guys! i'm new in this forum and i need some help. I've read that you can change the ADC's prescaler so you can get a higher sampling speed with analogRead. Im kinda new to microcontroller programing so i was wondering if you guys could guide/help me in the process of changing said prescaler.

Hey man! Thanks for replying. I had already figured out the prescaler thing, and i've been doing some test, it ends up sacrificing some accuracy to gain speed, but not that much that it bugs me.
