Chrome App for Schools - Students getting "Free Trial Expired"

We purchased 10 licenses for a class of students so that they could program Arduino boards. I set myself up as the manager, and sent out the 10 Invites. Things appear to be working fine until earlier this week. Now students are getting an error of "Free trial expired" when they try to upload and save. I looked, only 1 out of the 8 students shows as active member, the other 7 show as inactive.

The students say that they used the email invite to sign up. However, I'm unable to confirm.

I sent out an re-invite email to a couple of the students to try again. It makes them try to create an account. At which time I have them create a different account and it comes back with a red bar, with "Register:Create User".

I'm assuming that they need to be "active", but I'm not sure how to go about that now.

I recognize this is probably out of the scope of the forum, but I've not getting responses back from support. My instructor has been dead in the water.

The same is happening to me. We purchased licenses for all students and now they are getting "Free Trial Expired." Please someone from tech support contact me!

I had the same issue as well! However, there's a newer version of Arduino that doesn't require you to pay. It's called "Arduino Create for Education". The app should update on it's own, but if it doesn't, you can find it at this link: Arduino Create for Education - Chrome Web Store. Hope this helps!
