Hi all, I would like to know if anyone has had problems accessing the cloud with arduino uno r4 wifi, it tells me that it is not supported despite what is written on the box

I am also disappointed in the FALSE ADVERTISING that the R4 is IoT compatible, when it actually currently isn't. Working in the tech industry myself, I understand the need to release products before all potential functionality is available, but at least let customers know AHEAD of time. A simple disclaimer that the IoT compatibility is "Under Development" or "Pending Update" would have been nice (and a good business practice IMHO). I've now wasted my time and money on a product that I can't use. Hopefully, the Arduino Team is successful in their update....

Unfortunately we had some last minute issues on the WiFi firmware which resulted in lack of compatibility, but we're back on track.
Please be understanding towards the developers of such a complex product at such a low market price.
Our teams (hardware, firmware, software) have spent countless hours to bring this board to the public and given your experience with tech products you sure know Murphy's law 
Keep an eye on the thread linked above, we're looking forward to resolving this for everyone
