Cloud, does not EVEN let to put libraries

I just coded and my arduino IDE 2.3.3 is still not compilng (eternity left i think :a:).
So i decided web!
But it does not work cause no library.

Have you searched on "arduino F cloud no F libraries.zip"

well my 2 libraries does not have the library.properties file
