CNC shield v3 Arduino Uno Gcode sender is freezing

Hi
I am stuck in calibrating my DIY CNC. It is not working in any way.
I am using

  1. Grbl
  2. UGS Platform
  3. Grblcontroller 361

Everytime I start a controller and test a jog, it takes 2-3 commands and then freezes in a state and stops responding. Then I have to hard reset the device or restart the controller.

I tried
grbl .9
grbl 1.1
changed computers
changed communication cables.
But no solution is working. Kindly help me in fixing it.
