Hello there I'm trying to control my coin hopper I purchased with my arduino but I'm having no luck I've tried powering all of the GND pins with ground and VVC with positive but no luck at all please can someone help I also I've took the cover off and powered the motor and it spun fine ! Any help needed please or any ideas

Hi, this hopper looks like it needs 24V. So you'll need maybe 24V I/O Voltage (common in Vending machines).
An arduino has no 24V power, you need a separate supply and a level translator.
And it looks like the hopper uses ccTalk language, a serial protocol. To make it work you should read about ccTalk.
Does anyone know anything about CCTALK and how to use it with arduino ?
