Connect a GPRS device to Arduino IoT Cloud (LILYGO T-A7670G)

Hello Arduino developers, hope you are doing well.

I have a question. I need to connect a development board (LILYGO T-A7670G) wich has a ESP32 and a GPRS module inside. The question is, how can I send data to Arduino Cloud from a GPRS device? Not from a WiFi device, is there a way?. Please note, that this could open a great field for Arduino users projects.
