I do not know how to connect the 3.5mm Breakout Board to my ESP32. Where does it connect?
What do you want the jack to do assuming that you do connect it ? What are you going to plug into it ?
I want to make it a Bluetooth receiver for my earbuds
It sounds like you want to be able to plug in earbuds to the jack, have the jack connected to the ESP32 and for the ESP32 to receive sound/music using Bluetooth and pass it on to the earbuds

That is a hundred thousand percent correct.
Audio is really not my thing, but I believe that an ESP cannot drive ear buds directly. Others may know differently and be able to provide advice
