Connectors For Breakaway Headers

I've got a few sensors mounted on breakout boards with short breakaway headers soldered to them for easy breadboarding. I was wondering if there are any breakaway header connectors I could use to move my sensors away from my breadboard. I could desolder the breakaway headers and solder wires to the breakout board yada, yada, yada... Rather not do that. Prefer a connector I could press onto the pins and solder wires to the connector so I could go back to the breadboard if needed. I'm a bit new to electronics and don't really know what's out there and am not sure what words to use to search!

Look at pololu.com for terminated wire and crimp housings.
I keep a collection of wires and housings on hand to do just what you are describing.

These are single wires in 1x1 housings, I often use 2x3 housings, 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 1x5, 1x6, sometimes 1x8 and 1x10, depending on what pins I connecting to and how many are needed.
