create a .hex memory to use in proteus

Hello All.

Im making a simulation in ISIS protues and for that I need to load an "initial contents Data EEPROM". I know to write and read data in arduino's platform but How can I get an .hex file of it? or how can I create a .hex memory contents for the arduino.

I have the boxes selected in preferences but it's still not giving a .hex file when I compile?

Would the board used affect it? Im using a Wemos D1 Pro.
