If you have a recording of the sound you want, the DFRobot mini MP3 player (for example) will reproduce it.

"Naval siren sound" - make your own... it's free and no one needs to guess.
And what else?
+1 for DFplayer Mini suggestion. You can add other sounds effects appropriate for your model like engines, explosions, navigational horns and play them as desired.
