'm a model maker. I would like to install the naval siren sound on a model. I have the Elegco Mega 2560 Starter kit. Is there a possibility to create a suitable system?
Begin with suitable amplifier and speaker. Then play back a recorded sound from an SD card.
Do you have some device that produces this sound, or are you asking how to make one?
I need the device to produce the sound. I have available the kit Mega 2560 of Elegco
Your user manual, "Lesson 7 Passive Buzzer," will show you the programming...

If you have a recording of the sound you want, the DFRobot mini MP3 player (for example) will reproduce it.
the available sounds are not as I need
the system must be remote controlled
"Naval siren sound" - make your own... it's free and no one needs to guess.
And what else?
+1 for DFplayer Mini suggestion. You can add other sounds effects appropriate for your model like engines, explosions, navigational horns and play them as desired.
Another +1 for the easiest solution, DFR Player.
A search with ‘naval siren sound download’ delivered many ostensibly relevant hits.
