Dallas DS1233 Reset device

I've get half a dozen Dallas Semi DS1233 EconoReset devices in a TO-92 package and have been trying to figure out exactly which ones I have.

I have the DS1233 and DS1233D datasheets but they don't give any device marking details. The main difference between the 2 types is that the D variant doesn't support the pushbutton reset facility.

The devices are to my recollection supposed to be DS1233-10 devices. It may be coincidence that there's a -10 on the 3rd line.

Does anybody have a datasheet that might give a conclusive identification?

Even my 30 year old Dallas Semi databook didn't offer any marking clues. But based on what I've got in my parts drawers, it looks like what you've got a DS1233-10. No D, no +.

You can easily double check that it's a -10 and not a -5 or -15 with a variable power supply and seeing if it trips out around 4.6V.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not too bothered about the -5, -10 or -15 suffix. It's the "D" device I'm hoping to avoid as I am hoping to add in a manual reset button.
