Data logging from SD card to a graph

Hello,
I am making a solid fuel rocket and also I will make avionic unit without serial communication. I will use SD card module to save data which about rocket's location and pressure acting on rockets in Sd card with a file. I want to ask that I want to see rocket's data as a graph but I do not know how I will do that. Should I use Arduino or making interface in c#-python?

No. Create a CSV, comma separated variables, file and then you can use any spreadsheet program to create all the graphs you want.
