Hi,
I am looking at either the Waspmote or the Pinoccio as the basis for a 3-5 device health monitor network (heart rate, SP02, etc). Has anyone any experience with either of these in terms of how easy it is to add in externals sensors? I get the impression the waspmote is awesome as long as you use their sensors but it is difficult to work with other manufacturer's devices (based on my reading not actual experience).
Any opinions very welcome!!
