DF Player sound cutting off half way through

Hi All

I'm using an Arduino UNO powered via USB and have multiple LED connected to it

Basically when I press a button it plays a sound from the SD card on DFPlayer then in the loop turns on 4 sets of LED strips in a certain sequence.

These led which were originally powered via 2 AA batteries until I wired into arduino / breadboard

When it plays a sound clip (approx. 1 min 30 secs) half way through it makes a fuzzy / static sound then cuts off.

I'm guessing this is either due to bad ground or the exess amount of LEDs connected are having some affect on power output?

Let me know I you need more info I'm wiring or code.

What leds?

How are they being powered now? through the Arduino? (why if they are high powered leds?...if not.. why power them from external batteries?)

I would first check the audio clip itself..
