I am new to soldering guys plz help me...

I can't say much about the soldering, but the photo was taken very poorly, I can't see anything
Please put the board under the light and take a photo again.
Practice more. To answer your question: no, that's not good. It's probably the worst soldering I've seen so far. It's OK, we all start somewhere. Look at some YouTube videos to learn how it's done.
I suspect you were using too low a temperature, a poor quality solder or perhaps a lead-free solder, and no flux.
From what I can see the soldering is awful. A clearer 'photo would be more helpful
The pencil was 450 degrees celcius and i gotta say my solder was really bad quality and i didn't use any flux. I hope that the components i soldered could work or i could fix the soldering issue.
That's waaaaaaayyyyy too hot. Even if you had used good quality rosin-core solder, you would have burned away the flux instantly. Moreover, at this temperature you easily dislodge pads and even vias from the PCB. Don't go there...
Try 280-320 when using a small 1mm tip, which puts the actual tip temperature closer to maybe 250 or even less. Use decent materials.

Yep, that's painful to look at.
Compare to this:

Thank you for your simple yet effective explanation but can they work?
Especially the lcd one
No.
The soldered connections as you've shown in your self-made example can not work, no. It's one big blob of solder that shorts out many of the pins.
Oh no... Is there a way i could fix this?
I don't think so
In your soldering you overlapped different pins one with another.
I strictly don't recommend you to turn it on even for testing
Yes, you can fix this. Get some desoldering braid and flux. Remove the solder that's on there now. Then re-solder the whole thing, properly, with decent materials and correct temperature.
Remove solder:
Soldering it properly:
Could i fix this issue by removing the solder between the pins?
Yes. Use desoldering braid. See post & videos above.
You can also remove excess solder by applying some flux, set the temperature to 280-300C or so and then touch the tip to the excess solder. The tip will ' soak up' a drop of solder. Keep a damp sponge ready and wipe the soldering tip across the sponge to get rid of the excess solder. Repeat until all excess solder is gone. Using braid is quicker.
Here's another good video about soldering:
Thank you so much for your time can i do this without flux?
what's the bad idea? why?
You're welcome.
No, I don't recommend doing this without flux.
Quit beating around the bush and get the necessary materials. If you're going to chop down a tree, will you try and do it with a spoon, or will you go to the store and buy a saw? There's your answer. You need the right tools for the job. They're not very expensive.
I know right... Okay i will try to find one
