I'm trying the getting started with my new sim and mkr gsm 1400, and can't connect. I'm using the values for the sim card from the IoT device manager.
I can't find anything anywhere to help.

Thank you for posting in Arduino Forum.
Find below APN details to connect to Arduino IoT cloud:
Arduino SIM details.
APN : prepay.pelion
Username :arduino
Password :arduino
Default PIN :0000
I would suggest you beging by configuring the board from Create platform > Device manager > Add new device.
This will configure the board automatically and will create a sketch which you can easily upload and test connectivity of the board.
