Hey guys,I've a dude, I have this new display that is compose by two 3641AH and I dont know how to connect the pin values that are VCC, GND, DOUT, LOAD, CLK. Obviously the last two and I dont know how to program this display?

Probably more important is the underside of that display board. Probably has a MAX7219 chip. The pins you are citing are used for connecting an additional display module. You will want to make your hookup to the other end, the one that has DIN (Data-In). Search the forum for MAX7219 and you will find all kinds of info.
