Display problem on LED Dot Matrix MAX7219

I had the idea to make an Arduino project to be informed since my office has how much moisture, temperature, as well as knowledge is if there is a presence in the room where you can find the storage server and network systems.
Unfortunately, I blocked because I do not know why on my assembling my LED Dot Matrix MAX7219 display nothing. If you know the answer can you help me?

I've solved the problem but now i got another problem

You have WAY too much code for testing the display by itself. Get rid of anything that does not DIRECTLY relate to showing a KNOWN string on the display. Post THAT code, and a schematic.
