Displaying HD videos with smallest Arduino

Hello all,

I am new to the Arduino world. I am trying to start a project that displays a HD video on a 3.5inch screen, powered by the Arduino. I am looking to use the smallest Arduino possible. Does anyone have any suggestions on what one would be best suited? I looked at the Raspberry Pi Zero and that would work but Arduino I feel like is easier to use and could be smaller. The thinnest and smallest would be ideal. Any help would be appreciated!
