I have Salvaged an LCD from a car radio, and I am not sure how to drive it. The LCD Driver is PT6524, but I am not sure how to connect it to the arduino and the datasheet I am using is very unclear about how to drive it. I have not tried any code yet, I'm just trying to get my bearings on what it uses to communicate to the microcontroller, etc. If anyone could help, that would be great!

Ask the manufacture for an Arduino device driver.
Have you searched for "Arduino PT6524"? If there are projects using this chip, perhaps even a library, then you can make use of those. If not, you face a very difficult task that is probably beyond your level of knowledge and skills at this time.
The data sheet you posted indicates that the chip has an SPI-like interface, but contains no information about how to use that interface or to drive the chip. I suspect this information is in a separate data sheet.
If it is an in dash radio the odds are about 99.99 to 0.1 that is is a custom display
