Iv just added the SparkFun Lib to eagle and have used the 'Schematic Frames' part, and was wondering how to change the information in it; Designed By, REV, and Date (iv worked out 'Title' changes to the files name when saved).

It might be a Library symbol that you need to edit.
Possible paths:
Download the spartkfun.lbr file and see its listed there.
Otherwise, do a save as, delete all the components, then use the export script/ulp and export the frame so that you can edit it as your own library.
The date automatically updates when you save the file. With the rest I just use the text command.

The links on that site are not working, I just get "The item does not exist. It may have been deleted." error from the element14 tech support forum
Yep, I'm getting the same thing. Even on Cadsoft's forum, no one has posted since March..
A better place to this post would be in Product Design though. There are a number of us who are experienced with Eagle to help out members in need.

Find out which Library the part (i.e. frame) belongs to, open that Library, and edit the part (i.e. the frame). Save.
Now go back to your schematic, and select Update All so the changes you just did in the Library will be reflected on your schematic.

Free support is always available through the EAGLE forums, then you get "The item does not exist. It may have been deleted.", then you pay the support agreement...
I realise the thread is a bit old now, but if you are wondering why it says >CNAME >CREVESION >CDESIGNER etc its because you need to add those global attributes.
Go to EDIT > Global Attributes > New
Name = CNAME
Value = Your name / Company name.
do this for each of the attributes and they will appear in the frame.
Cheers

Right-click on the frame.
Click on Attribute.
Change the value for Designer from NAME to whatever you want.
Change the value for VERSION to whatever you want.
Click OK.
I found the above a bit helpful but also confusing. Here is what worked for me.
- Add Sparkfun-Aesthetics --> FRAME-LETTER --> FRAME-LETTER
- Right click on the "+" of the Title Block (it is the lower left of the Title Block, about 60% from left to right on the bottom line of the frame).
- Click 'Open Symbol'
- Right click on the "+" of the "Design by:" text.
- Click on 'Properties'
- Edit the value box. I just appended a couple of spaces and added my name.
- Click OK
- Type Ctrl-S to save the symbol design.
- Exit the symbol editor.
- Back on the schematic editor use the menu: Library -> Update All
