Hello all, I am a noob in the world of Arduino and even more so with Eagle CAD. I am trying to make a schematic and I need to have a wire cross over another wire. How do I do this in Eagle?

Just draw it like that. Eagle will treat them as 2 signals unless you add a dot at the intersection.
