Electric noise on Touch screen

Hello everyone:
This is a query from my job, I am a Mechatronics Engineer just graduated from the University, I started working in a small company, which is dedicated to electrical installation in buildings, and I was asked to develop an automatic electric power transfer system for the supply of an electrical installation of a house, alternating between two sources of energy, (the commercial supply network, and a petrol electric plant).
Before I begin to explain my problem, I want to clarify that the system I have been developing has invested a lot of time, and programming, I decided to use arduino to automate the plant, since it is very easy to program, and they also asked me to have a Touch screen low cost, I researched a little about the screens that were in the market, and I realized that there are many but I opted for a specific one, this one here:

Only my screen has the ILI9486 driver.
I also used Arduino because they wanted a cheap and fast-developing option, I hope I was not wrong in using Arduino. Well here goes my explanation:
I am currently developing a project which is an electric transfer system for the automation of a gasoline electric generator, I have used an Arduino Mega as a master, and an Arduino Nano as a slave, intercommunicated by the I2C communication protocol, He developed an electronic card in which I can assemble such arduino, as well as a 3.5-inch TFT Touch screen 320X480 pixels, with ili9486 controller, also the electronic card, has relays, which are responsible for activating or deactivating the various actuators required to turn on the plant, as is an electromechanical piston, and the ignition switch of the generator. I have also used sensors to constantly measure the phases of alternating electrical power, and be able to send the signals to the arduino, my system is able to sense 2 phases in the commercial power network, in this case the CFE company, since I am in Mexico , and also allows sensing 2 phases of the electric generator, this in order to know if the generator is on, all my code works perfectly well, only when I turn on the power plant I have problems with the Touch screen, so when my system detects the lack of supply in the commercial network, in this case (CFE), if you turn on the power plant and activate a contactor so that the energy generated in the plant can be supplied to the main load or load center of the electrical installation. The problem that I see is that the Touch screen is blank, and it does not allow me to see if the plant is on or if the supply is from the Commercial Electricity network. I think the problem is the electrical noise, but I do not know how to eliminate it in the arduino, I do not know if someone could give me some programming track on how to eliminate the electrical noise in the arduino, or how to restart the screen without the arduino restart, this in order to do that so you can have a good reading of the screen.

Here I leave some images of the system as well as a small video of the problem.

Thank you in advance for reading me.

I have same you problem
Do you have solution for electric noise
