Email notification

Hi to all,
I realized that I don't receive any email notification for post answers,
I have only gmail accounts.
Is there anything I can do?

I believe the default setting is to not get any emails. That was an unpleasant surprise for me when I first started using the forum. I have a theory that, because of this, many of the people who post on this forum never see the replies they get.

Here's how you can configure the notification settings:

  • Hover the mouse pointer over your avatar in the top right corner of any arduino.cc page.
  • Click "Profile".
  • Click "Forum Settings > Edit".
  • Click the "Settings" tab.
  • Click "Notifications".
  • Configure the notifications to your preferences. Note there is a tricky thing. The first two checkboxes under the "Alert Preferences" section apply to the description below the checkbox.
  • Click the "Save settings" button.

If you post a question, just check a few times a day on the site if there are replies :wink:
