You have provided no information that we can use to help you. Are there any notations on the encoder, like manufacturer or part number? Please post clear photos of the encoder. Please read the forum guidelines . The page will have good information on making a good post.

I can't find a data sheet for the encoder so you will have to figure the pins out your self. Do you have a DMM (Digital MultiMeter)? A search for "FIND PINOUT OF OPTICAL ENCODER" yields some pages with information. Like this: [parzival] how to determine the pinouts of a 6 pi…

I found the pinout but the triangle does not rotate [Screenshot (98)] [13]
