Error al quemar atmega328P con la ayuda de Arduino UNO

Hola...

segui el tutorial para el processo de bootloader, pero no he podido ... he tratado con tres atmega y simepre es el mismo error ...

los tutoriales que hay estan enfocados a mega328-PU

ya corrobore cables y voltajes en pint 1, 7 y 20 con valor de 5V... tierra ok...

capacitor de 22uF + Cristal de 16000
capacitor 47uF entre V y tierra
resistencia d 10K en pin 1 (reset)

alguna sugerencia para comensar a ...

Lee el privado que te envié para que edites el post incial.

En la sección documentación hay un tutorial o varios de como programar el bootloader.
De todos modos no pones el enlace que has seguido porque evidentemente equivocas algo en el proceso.
No se usa Programmer Type : STK500 desde hace buen tiempo, a menos que lo tengas y es para ATmegas viejos.
En el IDE los tienes en secuencia. Mira programador y simplemente prueba con las opciones que tienes.

Hola... Gracias por la notas... tengo duda... selecciono Arduino as ISP y me sale que el programador es STK500...

ahora selecciono ArduinoISP y obtengo:
